NGO Business Services was established in 2017 in response to the need of small and growing charities to be able to access world class systems at affordable prices.

NGO Business Services is a small team of professionals who share a passion for small charities and NGOs and who have a wide range of specialist skills including operational development, project management, business analysis, systems implementation, data management, mentoring and training.

We take pride in building long term relationships with our clients and our ability to work with clients of all sizes in organisations worldwide.

CEO

With over 20 years experience working with charities, Lawrance is an expert at identifying and meeting the needs of organisations in the charity-sector.

Jenna Bishop

Director & Senior Consultant

Jenna is experienced with implementing and trouble-shooting a wide-range of platforms including: Salesforce, Zapier, Conga, FormAssembly, Xero, WordPress and Mailchimp.

Natalie Gorman

Consultant

Over 8 years of experience in managing key customer accounts. Natalie has worked with organisations in the UK and overseas.

Ahabwe Denise

Trainee Consultant

Based in Uganda, Denise was the first participant in the NGO Business Services Academy. She's excelled in her knowledge of Salesforce systems and integrated applications and has gained her FormAssembly certification. She is working towards her Salesforce Admin Certification.

Mutuzo Emily

Trainee Consultant

Also based in Uganda, Emily is the newest member to the NGO BS team. She's dedicated to learning the ins and outs of system implementation and is currently working towards her FormAssembly certification.
