YOUR DATA

Your data will only be processed by NGO Business Services for the purpose of providing the information and/or services that you request, eg to respond to a contact form request, issue a proposal or subsequent contract, and to process the corresponding billing required, eg invoicing.

Data held and processed for the above purposes is securely managed in accordance with current data protection laws, and is never shared with anyone outside of NGO Business Services. Any data processed in the course of an assignment, ie one that involves processing your contact data, will be deleted on conclusion of the work, and remains your data as Data Controller throughout (as per contract).

NGO Business Services does not undertake direct marketing, and as such does not collect channel or processing area consent for it. Promotional activity is done via social media, blog and in person activity, and not using client personal data.

As is standard practice, Cookies will be used to track your use of this website in order to optimize site delivery, as per the notification on arrival on the website. It is used to track visits and unique visitors for insight purposes, but NGO Business Services does not make any further use of this data.
